Job Title:  Pastor

 

 

 

Job Duties:

 

Preach and teach the Word of God for a Korean-American congregation and lead/organize both Korean and English language services, worship & prayer meetings during the week. Provide spiritual counseling and guidance for those in need.  Provide assistance with respect to religious, marital & familial, health, and or financial problems.  Visit with the sick, elderly and other church members. Provide direction for members trying to acclimate to American culture.  Study and interpret religious laws, doctrines and traditions. Plan and organize special activities, events & services for special occasions including Christmas, weddings, baptisms, Easter and Thanksgiving. Promote evangelism and fellowship among members. Provide overall effective administration. Responsible for providing direction and spiritual vitality of ministry.

 

 

 

 

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

1) Master’s Degree of Divinity or rel. 

 

2) Pastor Ordination

 

3) Fluency in Korean
